Juicy, dry, lively.
Bizou + Yukon are two Great Pyrenees that like to wander and keep guard over the vineyards owned by Okanagan Crush Pad. They sleep in a large custom made abode settled in the vines and they take turns watching over the winery's different plots of land. They snooze by day and patrol at night watching over the lawn mowers (aka sheep).
This Pinot Noir based pink has a rusty cherry salmon hue and suggests aromas of small red berries, cranberry and kumquats, sour cherry and watermelon rind. Juicy cranberry and crab apple flavours lead the palate; it's dry with a supple weight and lively acidity.
